Shipping

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. All shipped orders include tracking information sent via email from USPS or UPS. Most domestic orders arrive 2–5 business days after shipping.

We now offer international shipping to select countries. International delivery times vary by destination and carrier but typically arrive within 5–14 business days after shipping.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

In-Store Pickup

We offer in-store pickup for customers in the Charlotte area. Please allow up to 24 hours for pickup orders to be prepared.

Orders must be picked up within 3 days of notification. Unclaimed orders will be canceled and refunded.
